What do I do at incisive?
As MD my role is varied from business development / client management to making the occasional round of coffees for the office!  
 
What's my favourite thing about the job?
The people – the team at incisive, the clients I deal with – new & established - and the diverse candidates we speak/ meet from all over the globe. A lot of variety in individuals, certainly never dull!
 
What's not so good?
Long hours – there’s no getting away from the fact that this job doesn’t work unless you do, hard. After 18 years the early starts and late nights can be tough but I’m still passionate for the job. 
 
Why should people work for incisive?
Unlimited upside. Work hard and you can carve out your own patch and make very good money. You will be listened to and we’re not the “boiler room” recruitment company that some envisage for firms in our profession. Far from it. Bright individuals who have a voice , an opinion and a work ethic (and a sense of humour!) will fit in nicely here.
 
Some personal stuff
Likes: fitness & red wine (am well aware they’re quite contrary!)
A northerner whose accent makes an appearance more than I care to admit…. (especially after the aforementioned wine!)
Family take up all my time outside of work (and the occasional hack at golf)

Corrine Sharpe has been in the recruitment industry for over 25 years where she has worked for some of the
leading names in the recruitment sector. She worked as a key strategic member of Alexander Mann with James Caan for a number of years where she helped to establish an Executive Search business and sell the brand into new market sectors globally.

Corrine has assisted in the growth of recruitment businesses throughout the UK and her forte is the development of consultants and management.

Very much a people person, she leads from the front. Corrine truly understands how to develop and grow key industry sectors but more importantly how to develop and best utilise the skills needed to recruit in them.
